We’re back! After a couple years offline from Airbnb, our beloved basement unit is back and ready for hosting! This basement apartment is a great spot for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travelers looking for an affordable & comfortable place to stay that feels like home.

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, plus complimentary coffee, tea, creamer pods, and snacks.

- Cozy living area featuring a large sectional sofa (perfect for lounging or additional sleeping space), a 55` smart TV, 4-seat dining table, and a dedicated desk nook for remote work.

- Optional extra sleeping with a queen air mattress.

- Ultra-fast WiFi and a private HVAC system with ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room for personalized comfort.

You’ll have a private entrance with smart lock access for convenient self-check-in. Parking is available for up to 2 cars next to your entry, with additional street parking if needed.

We give our guests space, but we are available if needed!

We’re happy to answer any questions before or during your stay. You’ll be able to self-check in via smart lock, and we’re always just a message or call away if anything comes up. We respect your privacy but want you to feel fully supported throughout your visit.

- A 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments.
- This is a basement apartment, so some normal household noise from the upstairs unit may be heard. We provide earplugs and a sound machine, should you wish to use them.
- Please book only if you’re comfortable with the upstairs level possibly being occupied.
- Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle, with overnight street parking also available.
- As a courtesy to potential upstairs guests, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
- No smoking, pets, or parties, please!
*This home uses a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than natural waste and provided toilet paper (no wipes, feminine products, hair, food or food grease, paper towels, etc.)*

There are 4 locked doors in this unit: The door from the basement apartment to the main residence, 2 closets for storage & supplies, and one to the garage. These doors are kept locked at all times. Please do not tamper with or unlock the doors. *If any of the locked doors are forcibly opened, and we will have to cancel the rest of your reservation.*

Our unit is not suitable for pets or smoking. Any evidence of pets or smoking indoors will result in a $300 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
