This floor includes 2 double bedrooms, each with access to the balcony, as well as 1 additional room with 1 single bed that also opens onto the balcony. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and offers access to a balcony as well. The main floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower room with bidet and WC. On the lower ground floor, there is a living and sleeping room featuring 1 double bed and a shower with WC, along with an open kitchen. This lower level opens directly onto the garden. It is important to note that 1 double bedroom is located outside the main apartment area, and there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
