The farmhouse is divided into two housing units: one for the owners (as a holiday home) and one for guests. Maximum privacy is guaranteed by the structure of the property.
From the pool of this typical Monferrato farmhouse, you get the feeling of floating above a sea of rolling hills. Immersed in the greenery of vineyards, hazelnut groves, and woods, in a wonderful sunny and panoramic position over the Val Bormida, the property offers a deep sense of peace and serenity.
The skilful renovation has preserved all the typical elements of the area, such as stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and wooden beams. The main part of the farmhouse is divided into two housing units with independent entrances, also connected from the inside.
On the ground floor, it features a new fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a very comfortable small living room, along with a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with an adjoining mezzanine study, and a third additional room that can be used either as a spacious living room or a guest bedroom.
