I liked everything! The manager went out of his way to be helpful and all the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect...beach and all amenities within walking distance.

Muy buen servicio personal amable y atento, solo que el aire se ve que ya es antiguo y hace mucho ruido además no enfría bien, las camas son algo duras y el cuarto que me tocó casi no había iluminación de noche de ahí en fuera todo muy bien tiene buena ubicación y repito el personal es muy atento, Gracias.

Pocos lugares de estacionamiento

SI tienen estacionamiento, pero solo es para 6 carros, si no llegas temprano te quedas sin estacionamiento, las fotos se ven muy bien en la realidad estan un poco deteriorados los espacios, buen punto aire acondicionado, la atencion del personal muy amable, pero el numero telefonico que te proporcionan aqui esta equivocado. La ubicación muy buena.

Si no buscas algo muy lujoso está bien para pasar la noche, lo que no me gustó es que el baño estaba muy viejo y descuidado el lavamanos estaba roto y solo lo pegaron con silicón las llaves de la regadera no funcionaban

El hotel aún con todo lo acontecido en Acapulco, está bien en general. Sin embargo, pese a que mi reservación era para 5 personas, recibí una habitación para 4 (hizo falta una cama, por la cual entiendo que sí se pagó, siendo precio de habitación cuádruple diferente del de la quíntuple). Honestamente no tenía ganas de pelear al respecto, sólo quería descansar lo que fuera posible. Considerar llegar temprano si tienes auto, para que sí haya cupo dentro del estacionamiento.

Las ventanas del baño no son adecuadas, se ve todo para afuera y los vecinos hospedados hacían mucho ruido y los encargados no les decían nada. Entiendo el tema del huracán Pero las ventanas hacia el baño son terribles, ojalá puedan mejorar esa parte saludos.
