We receive the room we paid for, I can understand this. Therefore, no complains to stay in the room at the end of the corridor in the tallest tower (like in fairy tales). However, what I cannot understand if why not to alert guests that kid’s pool is on maintenance (I understand the hotel have this information shared by guest in the booking). We usually visit the hotel every four or six months because our stays had been always great. This time I could not say the same even the great effort of the staff to try making our stay pleasant. This kind of situations might us think about to explore other options. Anyway, I hope our next visit change drastically from this one.

The beach on the bay where the hotel is (Puerto Marques) was really disappointing. The location was too remote and overall it wasn't at all worth the money. When I got back to Acapulco I will stay somewhere else.

Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants. Of course this does not change our opinion about this great hotel and that’s why we have come many times in the past two years.
