Breakfast menu was great. Donna, the cook, did an exceptional job cooking the eggs. They were fluffy and light not those powdered eggs other places serve. Donna was very friendly, kind and cared about the people she was cooking for.

Positive: friendly staff, housekeeping, breakfast, and initial appearance of hotel. Negative: Closet hanging bar torn from anchors, trash cans filthy and appeared to have mold, door did not dead bolt, appearance of attemps to wipe off black mold on bathroom cealing but still visible, couch and carpet in room with stains, and pool filters and walkway covered in moss/mold.

This is a great place to stay! I have no complaints! The lady at the desk was absolutely great. She checked me in and out and I’m sorry I did not get her name. The breakfast was good and Donna was friendly and helpful. We will be back next time we are in Abilene..

The location was great as was the parking. Staff was awesome and the bed was very comfortable, not the typical hard bed you find in hotels. The hotel was obviously a remodeled older one, as the bath tub could be resurfaced. The breakfast was an attempt at good, but lacked. Overall it was worth it and the bad made it.
