The room I got had vaulted ceiling with wood paneling and exposed beams. It was pretty sick. The vibe of the room was giving very much Pacific Northwest and looked premium without the price. The only downside is that without a front desk or an actual concierge, I can’t ask about where to go for brunch or dinner, or about the surrounding area—trail to the beach, whether or not you can drive on the beach, best locations for photography, et al. Also, please make sure your coffee makers actually work—the one I had was missing a component that actually pierces the pods. Going without coffee early in the morning without first freshening up was rough—you’re not going to catch me in my pajamas outside my room. Still 5 stars though!

Even though this property felt a little older than others in the area, it's upkeep was real good. The only draw back was you had to open all windows to keep the room cool. A plus was the property location, which is right buy one of the main entrances to the ocean beach.

For the reasonable cost, this property and room were wonderful. You don't pay extra for services, so you get exactly what is stated. The room was a great location and it was very clean. I've paid way more to stay in rooms in Ocean Shores that weren't as nice. I'd come back!
