It was too cold to enjoy the balcony. I was only out there for a moment. The staff was excellent. Especially the manager of the breakfast area. She was personable and the food she prepared was delicious. On the downside the elevator being out put such a damper on our stay. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy all the amenities, for fear of using the stairs again. My bad hip couldn’t handle it. When we arrived, we were told that the couch in our room no longer folded out into a bed. Fine by us, we didn’t need another bed. We have to share that it’s no longer a couch either. It was sunk in, bumpy & incredibly tough to get in or out of. We truly just wanted a restful get away for our anniversary.

We stayed on the first floor, no view of the ocean, but ocean was a couple of minutes away. Everything was in working condition, plenty of supplies, and very clean. Excellent breakfast was included, plus coffee, tea, and juices available 24 hours a day. We also enjoyed some pool time and sauna. Maybe it would appear not super fancy to ours, but we really liked it, I would absolutely stay there again.

Most of the staff were quite nice, with one exception of the evening lady. She was short and seemed she’d rather be on her phone than talk to us. Other than that it was clean, and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff is wonderful and attentive to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Access to the beach is convenient. Breakfast was nice and hot, could have used other fruits besides apples. Pool, hot tub, and sauna get at nice temps to be enjoyed by everyone.

The room was large and clean. The one staff member seemed to be overwhelmed when checking in. There was an issue with excessive noise from 2 large dogs in a room that she could not handle as there was a back up of 7 or 8 people in the lobby checking in.

The room was perfectly fine. We have stayed here many times and never had an issue. However this time my debit card got charged twice for our room. The manager I spoke with was rude and zero help and pretty much told me I was out of luck that my funds were being held twice and it wasn't their fault.

Staff was really nice. Broken elevator and ice machine. It was very quiet, but the place was almost empty during my stay. Loved the included breakfast and observation deck. Room was clean, stairs needed vaccuming. Loved my 2nd floor ocean view. The tvs have cable but no streaming, so you might want to bring alternate ways to watch video if you want more. They do provide free wifi. I would definitely stay here again.
