Staff was very lovely. We had to move rooms because window was broken and off the hinges and bugs were coming in from the ac unit , but the staff was very helpful and moved us to another room. We stay once a year for our anniversary with our family next year when we come, things will be a little better and updated

Room was clean, breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts. Always towels at the pool/hot tub. Great location on the beach. Even for how full the property was during our stay it didn’t feel like anything was skimped. Although, if you use the pullout couch the pillows fell through not that comfy and you need to request sheets.

Staff was really nice. The amenities were okay. The heated pool was nice and I know our little kids appreciated it. However the workout room was pretty sad, they had maybe 2 machines and a bench but no free weights. Walkable distance to the beach which was definitely a bonus. The room was perfect and spacious enough for the four of us. Their free breakfast was also nice - they had hot foods available which isn't always available with free breakfast so that was really nice. I've stayed at a better hotel just down the road but this hotel wasn't bad either.
