"We have stayed here three years now, & we absolutely love it. It works perfectly for our group where everyone can spread out & have their space & you can't beat the location if your there for the dunes. The owners are easy to get a hold of & great with communication.The one con thing I would have to say is that hopefully one day they can upgrade the mattresses in all the rooms in the house because they are all very uncomfortable.But all in all it's a great place, quiet, huge lawn area, well fenced, two fire pit areas, double washer & dryers, dune access, two bunkhouses with its own bath house, plenty of room for your toys & a great place to sit back & relax with family & friends. This is our one big trip a year & we look forward to it every time, cannot wait until next year."

"This was a darling little house with a perfect view of downtown North Bend and the bay. The owner was quick to reply to any concerns and was kind enough to check in with us to see if everything was good. If I had to complain it would be the lack of nightstands by the king size bed but that’s just a personal preference. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We love the location, 3 different options to get on the dunes which was good we needed to use 3rd option. The house is ok, the floors and counters are unlevel, Almost all the bicycles had flat tires. All of the games were missing pieces. The motion lights out near the firepit were irritating when we were trying to stargaze.With all that said the house was very clean, had all kitchen tools.Love love love the property and location, lots of room to turn around trailers.
