"The service level of the staff was exceptional. Food was very tasty. Beautiful property. Rooms were quiet and even though my room was across from the elevator did not hear any noise. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. They only had a washing gel, unlike most hotels that have a variety of products. Disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open until noon on the day of check out. When I had asked at check in they confirmed it was closed with no date given to reopen. I would have appreciated a communication about it opening. Did not use the spa services. "

It was so hot at night that we didn’t have a good sleep but we were unable to adjust the AC! When I checked this hotel before booking, I had the impression that I had to bring all of my toiletries because they are not listed in the room amenities section, neither is the housekeeping service, but this hotel provides everything so Expedia should correct these information,"
