Modern section hotel , was of a very industrial design, not inkeeping with the main building. Room was adequate but window looked out at vent shaft (stone wall) All facilities were satisfactory, staff pleasant, accomodation ,and professional. The parking location was ideal

This property is a beautiful historic building with tons of charm and a great location! Unfortunately, we didn’t understand the room options based on the description and ended up in a more modern “duplex” part of the building with an odd room configuration… The toilet was outside of the main hotel room in an “entryway” of sorts, and our exterior room door opened directly beside the restroom to be used for pool guests.

Perfect location right outside the Avignon City Central train station. The entry courtyard is stunning with a historic charm. While the room wasn’t ready until check-in time, I was happy to get access to the rooftop pool and wait with my sunglasses and book. My room was in the old section of the hotel - a simple, smaller room on the top floor with a comfortable bed. For those wondering, the air conditioning was more than enough to keep me cool during 90F days! It just takes a little while to cool the whole room - then I even turned it down. When I come back to Avignon, I’ll stay here again!
