"From the security guard, concierge, front desk,servers and room attendants they were all amazingly incredible. One security guard even remembered me and my husband from last year’s visit. Everyone gave us an exceptional service but the lounge at the rooftop. Ordered sisig which is one of my favourites there, but it was dry. Seems like it was sitting under the heat lamp for a long time or was just reheated. The egg on top was supposed to be runny but it was over hard. I can even touch the sizzling plate. Then they replaced it but we couldn’t finish it because it was too salty."
