The hotel staff are friendly and approachable, while the security ensures safety around the clock. Our room offers the perfect comfort for a good night’s rest, and the rain showerheads adds a touch of convenience-especially senior friendly. The Red Planet Hotel in Binondo boast an ideal location, just short walk from the church, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, and only minutes away from major shopping malls.

The costumer service is poor. I had a family emergency and coudnt come on the first day. I even called earlier to cancel it and I had to call everyone and did not get a refund for that day. Poorly managed. I won't book at this hotel again

Good place to stay, worth the money

Well located in the Chinatown district, convenience store right at the entrance. Clean rooms, but humidity smell in common aisles to get to your room

Not terrible but not great. Area around hotel is definitely lacking options for food. Homeless children sleeping on the sidewalk right outside of hotel. Check out was more difficult than it should have been.

We selected this hotel for the location and it absolutely provided for a basic, but good experience. We had to request a room change and this was handled well. We were quite happy with our stay. All the basics are covered and the cable tv options were a nice touch.
