Rhodies Pond Place is located in Placentia Junction, Newfoundland and Labrador, within a quiet and scenic area known as The Grove. This is a newer cabin development nestled in nature on the Avalon Peninsula—less than 60 minutes from St. John’s, 15 minutes from Whitbourne, and only ~30 minutes from both Dildo and Placentia.

Arrival by Car: The property is just off Rhodies Pond Place in Placentia Junction, Newfoundland and Labrador. Directions will be provided ahead of your arrival, and the driveway accommodates multiple vehicles for your convenience.

Self-Check-In: We offer self-check-in for your convenience.

Parking: Ample parking space is available right by the cabin for up to 3 vehicles, making it easy for families or groups to park and unload.

Property Access: Once parked, you’ll have direct access to the front door, and the scenic pond is just a short walk from the cabin. Enjoy the nature trails around the property, perfect for hiking and exploring!

The cabin also includes a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The area around Rhodies Pond Place is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. With minimal traffic and scenic views, it's suitable for cycling and walking. However, for longer distances or access to amenities, a vehicle is recommended.​

Dog Fee: $60 CAD per dog (maximum of 2 dogs). Please note that we only allow dogs—cats are not permitted.

Check-in time is anytime after 3pm, and check-out time is on or before 11am.

Your unique access code will be provided to you at noon on the day of check-in.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed on the property, unless explicitly approved by the owner or host in advance. Guests are kindly requested to contact the host or owner for approval prior to inviting any additional guests. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, and unauthorized guests are not permitted. Furthermore, in order to maintain a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings on the property unless specifically approved by the host.

The place is equipped with CCTV for our guests safety, one is overlooking the driveway and another one towards the pond.

Please note that a 4% processing fee will apply to all cancellation refunds.
