I would not recommend this hotel. Smell of weed in elevator, hallways stunk and were dingy with wallpaper peeling off in places. The sheets on our bed were clean but the comfortor was very dirty and there was pubic hair in the bedside drawers.

The room was disgustingly dirty. The carpet was stained and filthy. The window sills and windows looked like they’d never been cleaned. The bathtub and toilet had permanent stains due to age. Hallways were in disrepair. Pool was out of order and not noted on Expedia. Railings were falling off and front entrance door smashed. Very unsafe for children or anyone with mobility issues

The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The linens were clean, but the carpet in the hallways was worn out. My mattress was worn out. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close properly because is falling off it’s hinges and the fan in the bathroom sounds like an airplane taking off. I think it’s an old one from the 60’s or whenever the hotel was built. Doesn’t really live up to the Sandman standard that I was counting on.

Room and hallways are dirty, looked to not see a vacuum often. The smell of Mary Jane in the hallway headed to our room. The bath tub tap falls off and looking at all the dings in tub has been doing so for a long time. We will not stay here again.

We had 2 rooms booked. One for our daughter, her husband and children and ours. We walked into the room, it smelt like an old bar. Curtains werent on the hooks,( short hooks). Dirty room. Called out kids, (where their was in other building. Very similar. They did not feel comfortable letting there chikdren touch anything. One child 4 yrs old, 2nd 4 months old. Online, advertised a pool. On arrival, found out iteasbroke for 3 months, only got going 2 hrs prior. Theyad ised, it will be cold. But could go in approximately 2 hrs. (No thank you) We immediately left. Thank goodness we booked througha 3rd party with expedia. They were amazing, refunded our money immediately. Went to another hitel, that had a working pool, clean rooms and great service. After, were told by others who stayed there on their way to a wedding, (1 week prior),there was dried blood on their sheets. They also left.

Specifically booked this hotel as in town for a youth sporting event as it said on the website it had a pool. Get there and find out it doesn't its been closed for months! surely this could have been reflected on the other booking platforms! it was laughable as we opened the door to the hotel room - the pictures on expedia are clearly of a different hotel! the rooms are old dirty and falling apart. KEEP DRIVING STAY ANYWHERE ELSE Worst sandman ever

Parking at this hotel is terrible especially if you have a big truck. The hotel is very rundown and in desperate need of renovation. The beds are terrible. I don’t think they’ve been changed in well over a decade. I could go on, but you get the gist. I wouldn’t recommend it but very limited. Decent options in Williams Lake.
