The condition of this “hotel” should be checked, do not waste your money, room was super dirty, bedsheets and pillowcases smelled horrible, the gross bathroom it didn’t even had a trash can, among other things, like the worst customer service ever, never seen anything like it before.

Room was filthy, toilet was dirty, wall had something that looks like black mold. Wallpaper was ripped and peeling, shade for wall lamp broken and ripped in some areas, carpet dirty and ripped. The curtains were dirty and stained. This was a last minute option and I would never do it again!

It was pet friendly and convenient however i got locked in my room. The door lock would not disengage and i was trapped for over an hour. I am disabled and have anxiety-this experience was pure hell. The hotel did not even comp me a couple nights for the inconvenience. The room i was moved to had no hot water and was substantially smaller than my original room. The headboard was scratched up (as if something was trying to claw its way out) and the wallpaper was peeling and patched. All in all it was a terrifying and disappointing stay. I will never stay there again and would never recommend anyone stay there.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed in. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the TV was 30 channels of static analog cable and staff was nowhere to be found when I tried to at least get a set of clean sheets for the bed. I booked here instead of other options because they listed that breakfast was provided; that “breakfast” was a 4 oz cheap yogurt and a tiny bottle of grey off brand milk in a paper bag. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The only nice thing I can say was the bed was comfortable enough and the staff were kind when we did interact with them.

I travel a lot. The bed was one of the least comfortable beds I had ever had. Further, there was no blankets on the bed or in the room. Only a sheet and a bed spread. Given our late check in, we opted for cranking the heat instead of trying to get help at the desk.

RUN! THE FIRST ROOM WAS COVERED IN BLOOD AND THE SECOND ROOM INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. WHILE WAITING FOR HIM TO GIVE ME THE PHOTOCOPY OF MY PASSPORT, HE DECIDED TO TAKE A PHONE CALL TO BOOK A RESERVATION. I ABSOLUTELY LOST MY MIND. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE. I have reached out twice to expedia to refund my money. They are ignoring me. I will no longer conduct any buisness with Expedia

Renovations ongoing, limited service

The hotel is going through renovations and some perks were not available such as the pool was not open and no microwave in the room. There was a fridge and coffee maker and coffee/tea in the lobby. For the price, it was a decent room.
