After landing, jet away from Seoul (Incheon) (ICN) on the Incheon Airport Railroad; a railway connecting the airport to Seoul Station, and offering 11 stops in between.

If you’re a tech geek, spend some time exploring T.um, a communications company that offers visitors a glimpse at future technologies in development. Make sure to visit the Korea Furniture Museum. As sedate as the name sounds, this museum is actually a must-see, holding over 2,000 pieces of traditional furniture and ten classic Korean houses. To get in some retail therapy, stop at Doosan Tower, a sizable shopping mall with late-night hours. For a look at historical Seoul, take a stroll through Bakchon Hanok Village; a largely un-modernized stretch of Seoul.

The temperature in Seoul varies substantially with the seasons, dropping close to zero in the winter and rising as high as 100 in the summer. For the most pleasant weather, plan a fall or spring trip.
