Whole experience is a tale of unbelievable never to be forgotten by my entire family… frightening filthy rooms , being solicited for illegal activities in front of my family wasn’t at all acceptable in any fashion. And let’s talk about the druggies . Police doing a raid as we check in informed me themselves their presence is multiple times per night…waiting on some correspondence on a refund from you people no standards or concern for clients safety or wellbeing??? Shame on Expedia for allowing such a hotel to be advertised on your site… definitely a response from you people on this matter is definitely in order….D.Klunk

Dirty and run down

Very dirty. Poor condition. Toilet didn’t flush for 2 days. Only one desk person and the maintenance guy were helpful. Prior guest’s food wrappers on floor and balcony. $30 daily pet fee - notified at check in AFTER booking online. Lousy breakfast choices but the coffee was ok. Overall nasty and run down.

Do not stay here this place is trashy filthy and unsafe. Had to change rooms multiple times and all the doors and locks were not working. AC didn’t work well. Go stay anywhere else but here Zero stars!!

The hotel manager and staff were very courteous. They upgraded my room due to an issue with the one I had originally reserved. However, the hotel is quite old, and the AC in my room was leaking water.

This is a total dump, we are demanding our money back arived at 3 o'clock my wife and I refused to even enter the place, my daugther asked about the room saying "hey how bad can it be? LOL" She came down and said lets get the hell out of here..... The room "a dumster fire" wasnt ready and acording to here looked like the previous people left days ago and she said upon arival to the room it was just left wide open we are definetly fighting our carges on this dump they need to tare down and rebuild

the tub dont drain and water backs up into the sinks and tubs . The light and fab didnt work and the air conditioner made a loud noise and hardly cooled the room. Floor was dirty because feet and socks got black . water stains all over the room and literally had walls peeling apart. Needs a major upgrade we tried to stay a second time but we wont ever book here again

Very dirty, unsafe condition, mold in the rooms, this facility is falling apart and its sad the Expedia have this hotel on their website as 4.1 *the bedding mattress is absolutely disgusting, i unfortunately stayed there for one noght and left earlier, do your self a favor, don't stay here

Great location but that's about all it had going for it. The place was pretty run down and didn't have any working amenities like ice machine, laundry room etc. The room we stayed in wasn't very clean and all the linens were stained. I would probably not stay there again.

"Beachfront"

The view of the beach was pretty good, I didn't like that the balconies were so close together though. The room itself was not the greatest. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to slide open and it didn't close all the way or lock properly so there was a stick in the track to keep it from being opened from the outside. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and there was a pink stain on the corner of one of them. The tv kept randomly turning off throughout the day and night for a good 2 or 3 minutes then would turn back on. The shower pressure was nice but the temperature wasn't consistent and the drainage was not good. There were a couple of tiles that had a piece broken and loose. Honestly there was rust everywhere. Even the front office outside looks like its falling apart. The pictures online made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. All in all it wasn't great. We probably won't be going back there.

I never like to give bad reviews but this is an old building. Door was open with a key that was hard to turn. The slide glass door to the patio almost came off track. Front desk was not open till 8am....he was late.

It was a decent place for the price. Very out dated and could use a lot of TLC but you get what you pay for! Can’t beat the view and convenience of location.
