6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. My only disappointment was the lack of amenities at the hotel. There was no air conditioning and it was hard to find staff to help at times. They seemed to be understaffed which made it hard to get what I needed. It felt like I was the only person in the hotel many times. For just an overnight while waiting for my flight, it was fine.

When I got to the hotel they said it was under new ownership. The name is the same. They refused to honor the reservation. They sent me to another hotel. It was a substandard hotel. It is Hotels.com’s responsibility to confirm the availability of the room. This is not acceptable. Hotels.com’s service stinks. Do your job.
