Very friendly staff. Simple breakfast menu with limited options but great coffee. The room was spacious and looked very nice but the bed was hard and pillows too high. The very friendly staff managed to replace the pillows for the second night which helped a lot.

Breakfast buffet is solid, especially once you figure out you can ask for scrambled eggs. It is very convenient to several different public transportation options and a quick walk to a major mall with a huge grocery store. I really love THE FLAG hotel Zürich. It’s an amazing place to stay whenever I’m back in Switzerland. I will definitely be staying back there again. The staff is very helpful. The homes are nice and clean and everything is with them walking distance. The tram is two minute walk away I mean, you can’t beat it. It’s the best😀
