The staff here are the best I have come across. So helpful and somehow always knew which room I was staying in regardless of who was on reception. Rooms are small but very clean. I would opt for a larger room next time. Bathroom again small but very modern. Restaurant looking over the Limmat is superb. Excellent position for both work and pleasure visit to Zurich.

I love the location of the hotel on the river in old town. It was very convenient to walk around the area. We took a boat to one of their sister property restaurants, which was probably one of the best meals of our trip. Called Buech… amazing food!

Good place for a night in Zurich. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and they have a ‘family room’ with connecting rooms. Front desk was nice. We interacted with several concierge personnel, some were more helpful than others. Some really needed to be in another industry hence the 1 less star.

We paid a high price for the view and comfort. The view was on the construction site, and the comfort was such that at 7 am the selection hammers on the construction site started working. After a long trip from the USA, we wanted to sleep in, but we couldn't. We couldn't sleep from 7 am because construction work has begun. Don’t recommend this hotel 🙄
