When I entered my room (1) the door was open. It was freezing inside so I put on the heaters. One was hot instantly but since it was in front of the door and bathroom it didn’t help making the room warm. It took at least 3-4 hours until the temperature was reasonable. The other heater, under the window, made water noises the whole time until maybe 11pm. And started at 5am again. Even with earplugs and the other pillow over my head it was too noisy to sleep. It probably needs to be purged or something. Then at 11:18pm (I was asleep) someone knocked on the door next to mine but it was so loud I thought it was mine. They asked « hast du essen? ». Apparently I wasn’t the person they were expecting so they dismissed me but without even apologizing for waking me up. Also there is no 4G data at all. And the wifi doesn’t reach into this room. It connects for a second and then disconnects. I wasn’t even able to upload a 20Mo file to a cloud drive. I came here to sleep and work. It was really difficult to do either. Thankfully the food was good and there was wifi in the restaurant. But I would have loved wifi in the room too.

In unserem Zimmer waren einige Spinnweben! Die Dusche war nicht sauber. Das Frühstück war klein. Als es am Sonntag Buffet gab, sagte man uns ‚nett‘ das ist für zahlende Gäste. Anscheinend ist man als Hotelgast kein zahlender Gast. Enttäuschend das ganze Hotel, leider!!

Très propre et sympathique.

La chambre était propre, la salle de bain aussi. Le personnel était super sympa. Le petit déjeuner très bien. Par contre le duvet était trop petit pour deux personnes. Le vendredi et le samedi finn d'après-midi, il n'y avait aucune place de parking de libre.

Hotel is a bit in the country, pretty area near Zurich. The American style restaurant is nice, I just had a couple beers and listened to the country music. Service was excellent at the bar/restaurant. Plenty of parking. Very good WiFi.
