Very nice area, a few yards from the tram, easy access and well kept. Very recommendable. The staff friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. The pretty girl with the bandana who tends at the restaurant during the breakfast buffet is an asset to the establishment: always friendly, smiling and saying hello. Made my stay even better. I was upgraded to a queen room with sitting area that was extremely spacious and comfortable. Great bed with eiderdown comforter. Bathroom was clean but there is a big step into and out of the tub/shower. Breakfast was included and there was a nice self-service buffet with good variety. Only thing missing is a gym. Location is also terrific; just a few minutes walk from old Zurich, the Kunstmuseum and Opera House. 15-20 minute walk to Bahnhoffstrasse.

Great breakfast and service from staff in general. A special thanks to the gentleman who attended to us when the actual receptionist was no where to be found for over 15 minutes. The room was fresh and the location very good. An extra treat upon our departure was also nice!
