The room was not clean. The bathroom has visible residue all over and the shower was the worst part. The shower had mold all over in grout lining. The towels and sheets had holes in them. Overall did not feel clean

We had a good time staying at this hotel. The location is great. Super convenient to go anywhere, Train station, bus stops, so many stores, cafes and restaurants etc. The room is clean, warm and comfortable bed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed their breakfast, beautiful food and coffee / tea. We will certainly consider to stay at this hotel next time when we visit Zurich.

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. There was no way to adjust the thermostat in our room nor could we open windows and it was stifling hot. The variety of breakfast foods was very good and service was excellent. We would have appreciated washcloths and hair conditioner.
