El servicio, limpieza al cuarto es un bastante mediocre,.desayuno malo, no lo compres. Zurich es económicamente muy alto, el hotel esta bien para el precio.

Lovely hotel and staff. Nice studio room with a kitchen that has all you need. However the buffet breakfast was just okay but it was included with the room booking. The hotel is right next to a tram stop so it's easy to commute to the central area in the city. It is also next to a train station with a train that goes directly to the airport. So all in all it's an ideal hotel.

There are sime stores nearby but unlike New York, everything closes early and many places are closed on Sundays. Staff was welcoming and rooms were clean. Transportation is directly in front of the hotel and we felt very safe.

The location across from the train station is very convenient. The hotel itself is pretty basic. There was no mini bar and not even water offered. Because our room had a balcony we were not included in the complimentary breakfast, which was not clear when I booked. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel.

They have parking but charge you 40 CHF/day for it. Room was different from the picture; seemed smaller and felt cramped. Balcony was nice. There were not places to place more than one open suitcase.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was great, however the decor is dated and the heavy curtains on a wall without windows made the room feel claustrophobic and dark.
