The hotel was in a great location close to the train station. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful! The room was clean and the property was well-maintained. I was there during a heat wave, so I booked this place for the air conditioning. It wasn't very strong, but the staff brought in a fan which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location about 4 minutes walk from train station, several dining options, shopping and groceries. The hotel has a cute balcony spot on the roof terrace that was nice to gather at with family for early mornings and late night chats.there’s a free massage machine that was the icing on the cake. The room I was in could use a little TLC, the carpet and the walls had spots on the them. I would book again there!

Great location. We booked this hotel at the last minute as there was a heatwave when we visited Zurich (highs of 38 degrees Celsius in the day) and the hotel had air conditioning. The A/C was not able to cool below 25 degrees Celsius (even if the target was set lower) but we were aware of this when we booked from other reviews and this was still better than without A/C. The rooms were well-sized and were pleased the double rooms had 2 single beds pushed together.
