- Welcome, guests! Here’s everything you need to know: The latest check-out time is 10 a.m. Make yourself at home—all we ask is that you treat the place as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building; please do not disturb them with loud music, etc. The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the dumpster is right in front of the building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building; a 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke. Thank you for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed upon with us prior to booking. Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided. Towels and linens are provided. You are not alone in the building; please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Thank you. Right, and finally, here’s the fine print: The apartment and furniture are handed over in good working order and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the cost of replacing the lock(s).
