The hotel was in a great location. The bag lockers were great for exploring before you’re checked in. Unfortunately the shower door did not work and the water temperature fluctuated. Overall a basic hotel in a great location.

No staff. Staff were not friendly by text. If you’re traveling in a hot weather, there is only a fan. Beds are not comfortable and window is blocked by a curtain that doesn’t open. Won’t stay there anymore.

Small but very clean. They make it really easy for guest. No receptionist. Close to transportation and museum. They also have a locker for free that you can put your luggage if it is still early for your flight so you can still enjoy Zurich surrounding and eat before you proceed. Accessible and look safe.
