Rooms smell. Old carpet, musty smell as soon as you step out of elevator. The rooms have a bad order to them. This hotel needs a lot of TLC. Not worth the price of stay.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Free bottle of water in your room and they replace it every day they clean your room. The breakfast was amazing! Just a very great place to stay!

Good hotel and lovely staff

We spent three nights here and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was excellent for the Letzigrund Stadium. Easy to travel by tram and bus around the rest of the city too. The beds were comfortable (although the pillows could be better!) and our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet.
