Great location with easy access to Old Town and the Christmas markets. Staff was super friendly, everything was spotless, and the rooms were impressively quiet. My only gripes: the rooms are very small and ran hot with no real temperature control. Otherwise, a solid stay!

When we arrived, we asked to shorten our stay by one day and requested a refund for that day to which the staff assured us they would take care of. The refund was never given even though they called the day we were leaving to make sure we were going to leave. Their cancellation policy required a 24 hour Notice which we provided because we stayed there two days of three days we’d planned to be there. We feel betrayed.
