Small room, very strange arrangement of the bed which was pushed against two walls and a table, one has to crawl in and out of the bed! Very inconvenient for the second person! Never had seen one like that before. I wouldn’t have booked the room if it had shown the actual picture. We were misled! It’s not a cheap hotel and it also doesn’t include breakfast.

The shower was very tight space turning on water and maneuvering was unpleasant and I’m a small person. There was blood stain on my sheets. The bed was hard as a rock. The 3 day cleaning for charity was lovely, but when asked for cleaning the response was to bring towels which made me gather that cleaning wasn’t a welcomed request. Staff was lovely with exception of one person who was a little too laid back with their lack of assistance. Cocktail menu was a little off with flavor combos, e.g., margarita with added artificial coconut flavor. Breakfast was great! Unfortunately I didn’t sleep well there. Got only 4-4.5 hrs sleep/night while at next hotel slept fine. It may be that with a highly digital and wireless small space, with in-room, wireless iPad next to bed, there is too much EMF and blue light exposure.

For Seniors, room was a bit tight. My wife had to climb over me to get to the bathroom. Otherwise, everything else was great. Close to main train station. Right next to tram service. I was very impressed with Zurich & our stay was great. Staff was super nice.
