Sylvan Fluntern is a gorgeous district in Zürich that is situated immediately east of the city's Old Town. This suburban area is known for its parks and schools. You will find cafes, shops and restaurants catering to local residents. Neighborhood highlights include the University of Zürich and the sprawling Zürich Zoo, with hundreds of animals housed in authentic desert, rainforest, and plains habitats. You can also hike or mountain bike from Fluntern to the lower slopes of Zürichberg hill. a popular area for hiking and mountain biking. Fluntern has fast and reliable bus, train, and tram service, making it easy to get anywhere in Zürich in a reasonable amount of time.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of CHF5800 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
