We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to the city center and easy to get around. The hotel was centrally located in Zurich with easy access to main points of interest and public transportation. My room was very small, however it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff of the property are excellent, kind, helpful , professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with many choices of food and eggs/omelette made to your choice. The room was not that clean, there were some bad stains on the carpet, and gross stains on the bathroom’s door. Also the sink was clogged. I didn’t report that to the staff. Breakfast was good, and the cafe staff were courteous, and so were the desks staff.
