I had to cancel this reservation due to coming down with pneaumonia which led to my early return to the US for treatment. Never checked in to this hotel but yet they would not refund my fees. Seems to me this is just a legal way to be a crook and take someone's money when unforseen circumstances happen. Will not be booking again with Expedia or any of these hotels in the future!

Everything was great. Hotel is big, clean, nice area around, close to the train station and the city center. Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front office, in the restaurants. Room is clean, spacios. The best SPA area. Amazing sauna, love the snow/ice bowl there to refresh after hot sauna. Lounge area is good, plus you can make tea, get some water. I would reccomend it for sure

Hotel was nice, clean and modern. Though the railtracks are right opposite the hotel you couldn't hear trains going past from your room. Train station 100m from hotel & very convenient to get to old town/ lake/ airport. Good breakfast and gym & sauna nice too.

The hotel is located out of the city but is very well connected by public transport. We had a larger room with a great view over the train tracks, but the lack of housekeeping lets this hotel down. Unless you request it, the rooms are not cleaned.

Check in was very slow and inconvenient. It took us almost a hour in the lobby because there was a huge group of tourists that hadcome before us but even though there were two receptionists they were really slow and inefficient. They were really slow and scanned all our passports even the kids’ not sure why and when they finally gave us the keys to our rooms (we booked two rooms) one pass ended up not even working so we had to come downstairs multiple times to make it work. Also they told us they would arrange a sofa bed but took ages to get someone to our room to set it up. It was raining outside so we asked them for umbrellas for our family and they were rude and refused to give us more than two umbrellas even though we had booked two rooms and were a family of 5 people with little kids!
