Location is excellent only short hop into main station in Zurich. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, decent options and many cook on request choices. The breakfast and bar staff are first class. Rooms are good, comfortable and clean.

During our trip to Switzerland, we stayed twice in Mercure. Facilities are clean and crisp, perfect for our needs, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended if you need a place close to Zurich without breaking the bank.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which is convenient. It’s very modern and in a modern office building. It’s kind of hard to find the front entrance. Our room was very modern and looked out over a courtyard in the back. Very nice breakfast was included.

Hotel was very clean,staff was very helpful. Excellent customer service. Rooms was also clean and comfortable. Although we couldn’t find phone in the room to call main lobby. We’re told later that there is a QR code in the room and we have to use that to chat. Also there was no iron in the room. Requested one and was taken care of. Overall great location 5 mts walk to train station, from where you can go around the city easily.
