It has air conditioning facility so that you can beat the heat. It has a well-equipped open kitchen where you can cook palatable meals.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 60,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
