These floors are accessible via stairs, of which the staircase to the second floor is quite steep. Den/die Schlüssel sollte man lt. Briefing Doku zunächst in einer „Villa Viva“ abholen. Diese haben wir aber nie gefunden und auch die Emailnachfrage dazu wurde am Tag vor der Anfahrt nicht beantwortet. Glücklicherweise gab es aber am Mietobjekt dann vielmehr elektronische Schlösser und die dazu übermittelten Codes funktionierten zu unserer Erleichterung, so dass wir die erwähnten ominösen Schlüssel letztlich nicht brauchten.

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Jedoch enttäuscht waren wir von der Schaukel, die von unserem Sohn nicht zu benutzen war, da die Holzbalken an mehreren Stellen gebrochen waren.

Schön, steil mit super Lage

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Wir waren mit einem großen Auto unterwegs, da mussten wir mit dem Parkplatz etwas jongliere , aber total machbar. Die schlüsselübergabe war hervorragend beschrieben und alles hat gut geklappt. Es gibt zur Wohnung Duinzuicht 2 steile Treppen. Ich persönlich fand es mit dem Gepöck schon beschwerlich und mit älteren Menschen nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wäre besser, wenn man es zu mindest erwähnt, dass man zur Toilette ebenfalls eine steile Treppe steigen muss. Die Sauberkeit fanden wir nicht zufriedenstellend. Es gibt einige Wandschränke, dahinter war es leider nicht sehr ordentlich. Dennoch ist es eine tolle Wohnung mit grandioser Lage und einer guten Ausstattung.

Wohnung ist gut zu finden, Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus, direkte Strand- und Stadtnähe, elektr. Haustürschloss mit Zahlencode (Anleitung wurde vorab per WhatsApp geschickt), Wohnung auf 1.OG (kleines Bad, nichts für Übergewichtige und/oder breite Menschen) und darüber Mansarde Küche, WZ, Schlafzimmer, gute Ausstattung. Nicht möglich für uns war deutscher TV-Empfang, trotz versuchter Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter. Die Treppen sind sehr steil. Probleme gab es mit dem Öffnen der Haustüre, es funktionierte nicht immer richtig. Direkt am Waschtisch im Bad 2 Stück Steckdosen neben dem Wasserhahn, sehr bedenklich. Ein Sommeroberbett verunreinigt.
