From Portofino) with a large garden in the countryside and on various levels and terraces with views sea ​​on the beautiful bay of Portofino. Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage am Ligurischen Meer

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen als fĂŒnfköpfige Familie in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus verbracht und können es uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – ruhig, hoch ĂŒber dem Meer gelegen, mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Rapallo, Portofino und das Ligurische Meer.Wer die Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Aufgrund der erhöhten Lage ist ein Auto oder ein anderes Verkehrsmittel durchaus hilfreich. FĂŒr uns als wanderbegeisterte Familie war das jedoch ein echter Pluspunkt – wir haben viele herrliche Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus unternommen.Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll, authentisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – kein Vergleich zu einer standardisierten Hotelunterkunft. Es bietet reichlich Platz fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder, ist sehr privat und vermittelt sofort ein GefĂŒhl von Zuhause.Ein perfekter Ort, um sich zu erholen und gleichzeitig aktiv die wunderschöne ligurische Landschaft zu erkunden.Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Ausblick

L'immobile Ăš davvero ben strutturato e situato in un contesto molto panoramico e silenzioso.

All'interno del fabbricato si gode di una tranquillita' assoluta. All'esterno data la posizione panoramica e il giardino si godono albe e tramonti molto suggestive. E' veramente un piacere soggiornare presso questa struttura.

La villetta Ăš in una posizione incantevole con una vista su un panorama mozzafiato. Il giardino imperdibile. Andrebbe forse un po' rinfrescato l'interno della casa. Malgrado non abbiamo avuto molta fortuna con il clima, abbiamo comunque potuto fare diverse escursioni con il nostro cane, sia partendo direttamente dalla casa che spostandoci con l'auto. In tutta la regione siamo stati accolti molto bene.

Region magnifique, confort limite

Region splendide notamment le parc naturel de Portofino. La vue depuis la maison est Ă  couper le souffle et les rues, villes et villages du coin plein de caractĂšre. Cependant, mĂȘme si le clocher de sant'Ambrogio carillone avec charme chaque heure, l'angelus de 7h du matin passe moins facilement. La maison est par contre peu pratique, il manque des ustensiles de cuisine, il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, les chaises de table sont trop basse pour la table intĂ©rieure et la literie mĂ©riteraient un renouvellement. Quoiqu'il en soit le sĂ©jour en valait la peine et nous rentrons plein de paysages en mĂ©moire.

Das Inserat entspricht nicht ganz der RealitĂ€t, da das Haus nur teilvermitet wird......Im EG sind Personen da, die auch gerne am Sonntag um 6:30 Rasen mĂ€hen. Und die auch einen Hund haben, der sehr sehr laut ist. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Die KĂŒche wat ok. Die Aussicht ist super genauso wie die Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist sehr schön aber auch nur teilbegehbar.

Sehr schönes Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist eher einfach eingerichtet, hat uns aber völlig gereicht. Was uns dagegen wirklich begeistert hat, waren die Lage (inkusive tollem Blick) und der große, terrassenförmig angelegte Garten, ideal fĂŒr unseren Hund. Nachts war es himmlisch ruhig - allerdings lĂ€uten um 7 Uhr morgens die Glocken der nahe gelegenen Kirche. Von der Autobahn hört und sieht man nichts! Nach Zoagli oder Rapallo fĂ€hrt man etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, die ganze Gegend ist landschaftlich spektakulĂ€r und es gibt vieles zu entdecken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Absage der Ferien aufgrund Corona Virus

Wir mieteten kurz vor unserem Ferien dieses Ferienhaus. Zwei Tage spĂ€ter wurde Ligurien auf die QuarantĂ€neliste der Schweiz gesetzt. Deshalb waren wir gezwungen diese Ferien im Herbst 2020 kurzfristig abzusagen. Obwohl wir unsere GrĂŒnde dem Vermieter mehrmals sehr ausfĂŒhrlich und respektvoll per mail kommunizierten, antwortete er nur knapp und ohne jedes Entgegenkommen. Ohne RĂŒckvergĂŒtung und ohne Ferientage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht zu haben, ist diese Situation fĂŒr uns unbefriedigend. In den GeschĂ€ftsbedingungen stand dass kein Storno möglich sei, doch die Situation mit dem Virus ist fĂŒr Alle unglĂŒcklich und unvorhersehbar. Wir hĂ€tten uns in diesem Fall von einem GeschĂ€ftsmann mehr Kulanz erhofft.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana rigenerante. Il proprietario una persona squisita . L’alloggio ci Ăš piaciuto moltissimo e il panorama che ha accompagnato le nostre colazioni , pranzi e cene.. indimenticabile. Little flexibility and some dirt / great view and location

We have rented for a week the property and we enjoyed view, garden and location. The price was rather fair. However the kitchen was dirt and it all felt a bit dusty. As we got married the night before, we have asked for a late check out and we have instead been asked to leave at 10.00am. Such request arrived two days before check out day despite we had previously agreed checking out at 11.45. The reason was that cleaning ladies had to polish the place for the next guest arriving at 11.00. Obviously the cleaning ladies cannot do a thorough cleaning in 1hr so most likely the other guests will also have a half clean place.

Very nice apartment in a house

The house and it's location was one of the best in the area. Beautiful sea-views from the three available garden terraces and from inside the house, plenty of space to sunbathe and outdoor dining for the whole family. Owner is very discreet and speaks good english which is rare in Italy. The kitchen is rather small but it has all the necessary things for you to cook a decent meal. There is only one bathroom for the apartment but we managed nicely (4 adults + 2 small children) There is free parking on the street below and most of the time you can find free spots. (more difficult during weekend evenings as people are coming from all over to a nearby restaurant Due Querce, which has a magnificent view of Rapallo+St.Margherita+Portofino All in all, we've stayed here for a month and it was great. I would come again! Thank you!

We had a good stay in Pietro's house! The place is nice, clean, calm and well located (but, as expected in this type of house, you always need a car!). Our only regret is that december was not the best time period to enjoy the nice garden :-)
