Villa Nevia Sivati is a newly constructed villa with a pool, situated on the outskirts of the village Šivati, not far from Kanfanar in central Istria. The house is characterized by its stunning industrial design, crafted by one of the leading Croatian designers, and is furnished with high-quality designer pieces from renowned Italian and Croatian manufacturers.

Nestled on a 1000 sqm fenced property, Villa Nevia Sivati offers its guests a 35 sqm pool, a spacious covered terrace with a summer kitchen and dining table, as well as two designated parking spaces. The two-story villa with a pool spans 200 sqm and is equipped with air conditioning, accommodating a maximum of 8 people.

The ground floor features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting area, satellite TV, and a fireplace. Additionally, there is a bedroom for two with single beds, an en suite shower/toilet, and a separate toilet.
