The 58-square-meter vacation apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. In addition to the sleeper sofa (which can accommodate a third and fourth person), the living room features a spacious sideboard serving as a TV area. The living room can be separated from the hallway by a sliding door. The apartment features an outdoor seating area in the garden with patio furniture. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A complete set of bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for a fee. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. Please reserve these in advance when booking.
The historic Villa Gertrud is quietly situated on the Glienberg (approx. 32 meters above sea level) in Zinnowitz. A walk through the forest takes just under 10 minutes to reach the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The center of Zinnowitz, with its numerous shops, restaurants, theater, and tennis court, is also just a few minutes’ walk away. The Kaiser and Rudolph vacation apartments are located at the rear of the house, facing the southeast-facing garden with terraces. Each has its own separate entrance. The Rudolph vacation rental is wheelchair accessible. One parking space is available per apartment.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
