This comfortably furnished vacation home, with a living area of approximately 86 m², is located in a quiet yet central spot between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea. The outdoor area includes a well-maintained garden with two terraces, a beach chair, and two parking spaces. Thanks to underfloor heating, the house can be used year-round.

Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms (featuring a box-spring bed starting in March 2020), two modern bathrooms with showers, and a wood-burning stove that ensures cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a stove with oven. Additionally, a high chair, a travel crib, a handcart, two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and a washing machine are available for your use.

The beach and town center are just a 10-minute walk away.

Enjoy your vacation in the garden—and when the weather is nice, feel free to use the provided grill. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Kitchen amenities also include a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. For our younger guests, we can provide a crib and high chair upon request. A parking space is also available.

The vacation home is located just a few hundred meters from the beach. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property.
