Our bright, modernly furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor, features two
rooms spread across 53 m² of living space, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house was completed in 2023. From the south-west-
-facing terrace and the adjoining garden area, you can enjoy the
sun all day long.
The living area welcomes you with an open kitchenette, a comfortable dining area, and a
cozy sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything a guest who enjoys cooking needs.
A cozy double bed awaits you in the bedroom. Your clothes can be stored in a
spacious closet. The
comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for up to 2 people.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, heated floors, and a heated towel rack
.
All rooms have electric shutters and can be completely darkened.
The apartment includes a parking space directly in front of the house.
Bicycles or beach gear you bring with you can be stored in a private, lockable shed
with a power outlet.
