This high-quality, fully furnished maisonette vacation rental with in-floor heating is located on the top floor of a modern country house completed in 2022 and faces southwest.
The apartment’s location near the beach (approx. 300 m, about a 5-minute walk), combined with the proximity of the bakery (approx. 200 m), the town center with shops and numerous restaurants (approx. 400 m), and the Bodden (approx. 500 m) are all nearby, offers ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation in Zingst.
The vacation apartment features a living room with a gas fireplace, a kitchen area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower, insect screens, a storage room, and a south-facing balcony (shaded by trees in the summer).
One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom, located in the attic and accessible via an internal staircase, is furnished with two single beds.

Parking space No. D on the property is available for your car.
Bicycles can be stored both on the property and in a storage shed (1d) belonging to the apartment, located in front of the house.
