Bisher schlechtester Aufenthalt in Zingst

Die Wohnung war nach einer Sanierung komplett verschmutzt. Uns wurde eine nachträgliche Reinigung seitens der Vermietungsagentur versichert. Es erschien allerdings niemand. Es gab weder Vorhänge noch Plissees zur Verdunkelung bzw. als Sichtschutz in diesem eng bebauten Wohnpark. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

Fehlendes WLAN und Sauberkeit

Das fehlende WLAN war bekannt, ist aber wirklich dringend erforderlich. Es war sehr viel Bettwäsche Im Haus ... und viele Plastiktüten mit unerklärlichem Inhalt. Die Verdunklung in den Schlafzimmern war nicht ok. Bei der extrem dichten Bebauung sollte besserer Sichtschutz an den Femstern verbaut werden. Insgesamt war das Haus nicht sauber. Im Bad waren Haare und recht große Flusen auf dem Boden. Die Silikonfugen könnten einmal erneuert werden. Die Dusche sollte etwas größer sein und die Küchenzeile muss mit einem Herd ausgerüstet werden.

Komfortabel DHH in ruhiger Umgebung

Ein Haus mit genügend Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Für Regentage 1 TV im EG, 1 im OG. Strand ist einmal über die wenig befahrene Straße. Der Strand ist übrigens top und kein Vergleich mit der Nordsee. Der ganze Ort ist ruhig und entspannt. Wir fahren dort wieder hin. Einziger Wermutstropfen: kein WLAN
