Escape the daily grind in our vacation apartment, the ideal retreat to unwind and recharge your batteries. On the upper floor of the “Maritimus” vacation home, you’ll find a spacious 73 m² apartment spread over two levels that invites you to linger.
The lower level features a spacious living area with a balcony, equipped with a TV, radio, and an open, modern kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a complete set of dishes. A modern bathroom with a shower, heated towel rack, toilet, hair dryer, and built-in radio rounds out the amenities.
A staircase leads to the second bedroom and another fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The entire apartment is equipped with radiant floor heating, providing you with a warm home all year round.
A safe and free Wi-Fi are also available.
Electric roller shutters on all windows ensure your comfort.
In the storage room, you’ll find a travel crib, a high chair, an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack.
A parking space directly in front of the vacation home and bicycle storage next to the house are at your disposal. The apartment includes a lockable shed where you can safely store bicycles or similar items.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them for a fee through the Zingst Room Exchange.
Key pickup takes place at the Zingst Room Exchange, Strandstraße 51, by 5:00 p.m.!
