The vacation apartment is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
The open-concept living and sleeping area features a modern design and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that blends seamlessly into the space.
Here you’ll find everything you need—from a ceramic cooktop and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to a dishwasher and a coffee maker.
Equipped with a large bed (180 x 200 cm), a 55-inch QLED TV, satellite TV, and a Marshall Actone II Bluetooth speaker.
A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower/toilet and a sink rounds out the amenities.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected even while on vacation.
Furthermore, the entire apartment is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.

The apartment comes with a parking space (No. 5) and a storage room.
The lockable storage room (in the small outbuilding) offers plenty of space for 2 bicycles plus 2 sets of surfing gear and features a closet for storage. A clothes rack, toolbox, and a bicycle floor pump (for all valve types) are provided.

Zuviele Nachbarn. Kein "Sichtschutz" seitlich. Aber alles in allem perfekt. Tolle Ausstattung, sehr hochwertig. Ein "Zuhausgefühl". Seeeehr gemütlich und angenehm. Sehr gute Vermittlung . Wir danken allen beteiligten 😊. Kommen wieder !
