The "Ostseetraum" vacation rental is a high-end apartment for 2–4 people located on the top floor of the exclusive Adéle apartment building, which was built in the traditional Darß architectural style. It features approximately 72 m² of living space and a large south-facing rooftop terrace.
A passenger elevator and underground parking ensure maximum convenience.
The apartment’s central, quiet location near the beach offers ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation in Zingst. The pier and the beach are about 500 m away, the fish market with a bakery, shops, and numerous restaurants is about 200 m away, and the Bodden / harbor is about 750 m away.
The living room features a sleeper sofa, an LED TV, and a gas fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere during the colder months.
The integrated kitchen area is equipped with everything you wouldn’t want to do without, even on vacation.
Each of the two bedrooms features a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m with a full-length mattress), a large wardrobe with a safe, and an LED TV.
The bathroom features a window, high-quality fixtures, and a walk-in, floor-level shower. Underfloor heating, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror are provided.
The dryer is located in the storage room.
All rooms are equipped with insect screens and free Wi-Fi. A travel crib and high chair are also available.
Parking space No. 14 is available for your car, and storage room No. 10 (which belongs to the apartment) is available for your bicycles, both located directly in the building’s underground garage (height approx. 2.15 m).
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
