Spacious ground-floor apartment in Villa Ilona for up to 3 adults with a terrace,
just a few steps from the idyllic Bodden harbor.

A bright and cozy living-dining area forms the centerpiece of the 75 m² apartment.

The kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator, stove and oven, range hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and tabletop grill (which may only be used on the terrace).

The living area features a cozy sofa arrangement. Entertainment is provided by a large Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Wi-Fi is available free of charge via the hotspot connection (registration required).


Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with an adjustable slatted frame. One large wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Single bed (1.20 x 2.00 m). One small wardrobe.

All beds are made upon your arrival and are included in the price.


Bathroom: Walk-in shower, 1 sink, 1 toilet

Towels (1 small towel and 1 bath towel per person) are provided and included in the price.


The south-facing terrace is surrounded by a small lawn and garden area.
A hedge provides privacy.

Outdoor furniture: 1 table + 4 chairs.

Your private parking space has direct access to your terrace—
—from here, luggage can be easily carried into the apartment through the terrace entrance.

Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire apartment.

Shopping is easy even without a car. The supermarket is about a 2-minute walk away.
