The 65 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor and spans two levels.
On the first level, the living room—complete with a seating area, TV, radio, and a dining table for 4 people—invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200)
The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet

On the second level, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Children under 3 years of age may stay free of charge upon request.

The apartment features two furnished balconies.

For excursions in and around Zingst, four bicycles are available free of charge in the attached bike shed, where you can also store your own bicycles.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.



The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, there is a wide variety of play equipment available, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s only a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been 2 charging stations, each with 2 charging points (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
