On the first level, you’ll find a cozy living area with a comfortable seating area, TV, radio, DVD player, and a dining table for 4 people. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 × 90 × 200 cm), and the bathroom—equipped with a shower, toilet, and washer-dryer—provides additional comfort. The windows are fitted with fly screens—ideal for a peaceful night’s sleep during the warmer months.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your vacation: an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, range hood, and dishwasher.
In the converted attic, you’ll find another living area with a sleeper sofa and TV, a bedroom with two single beds, and a second bathroom with a shower—perfect for a vacation with 5 people where privacy isn’t compromised.
The furnished balcony, which is part of the apartment, is perfect for relaxing outdoors. E-bike riders can take advantage of the lockable bike shed with free charging for batteries.
The vacation park features a swimming pool that’s free to use year-round, a large playground with a variety of play equipment, and a communal sauna (for a fee). The natural setting on the edge of the forest offers peace and relaxation—and the fine sandy beach is just a 15-minute walk away.
The “Waldhaus” restaurant serves Nordic-Bavarian cuisine. There are also two charging stations for electric cars (max. 22 kW) in the vacation park’s parking lot.

The vacation park is situated on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and peacefully located at the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been two charging stations, each with two charging points (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
