In the spacious “Steuerrad” semi-detached house, you’ll find a stylishly furnished vacation home for 6 people with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. With 96 m² of living space spread over two levels, this house offers plenty of room for families or a small group of friends.
On the first floor is the cozy living area with a fireplace, comfortable seating, a TV, and a DVD player—ideal for relaxing evenings. The large dining table comfortably seats up to six people. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, range hood, and dishwasher.
A special highlight: the in-house sauna—exclusively for your private use! On the first floor, you’ll also find a bathroom with a shower and a washer-dryer. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terraces, where you can enjoy sunny hours outdoors.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms: two of them with comfortable double beds (each 2× 90×200 cm), and the third with a bunk bed—perfect for children. A spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet rounds out the amenities.
Of course, children under 3 years of age stay for free upon request. A high chair and a crib are also available if needed.
The vacation home for 6 people is located in the well-maintained Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst. Here, you’ll find a swimming pool available free of charge year-round, a large playground with a variety of play equipment, and an additional communal sauna (for a fee).
The vacation park is quietly situated on the edge of the forest, right next to the nature reserve—an ideal starting point for walks, bike rides, or a trip to the beach. It’s only about a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach or to the center of Zingst.
The cozy “Waldhaus” restaurant serves Nordic-Bavarian cuisine (reservations: 0179-). Since 2024, the vacation park has offered two charging stations, each with two ports for electric cars (max. 22 kW).

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a merry-go-round, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real boat.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been two charging stations, each with two charging ports (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
